Credit card deposit policy

For all our reservations, a deposit is requested through credit card as a guarantee for any damage, fine, toll or penalty incurred by the user during the service, the rate varies by vehicle, season and days of reservation, the value of the deposit will be confirmed at the time of booking.

The user must have the available quota in his Credit Card during the time of the service + 10 working days after the delivery, while all the respective revisions are finalized after the end of the service. If there is no reason to affect the deposit, it will be returned 100%, otherwise, the customer will be informed of the charges to be affected with their respective detail, evidence and invoice.

We accept all types of credit cards with U.S. or international coverage.
